- Scale teacher PD (Levels 1–2) & coaching
- Stand up the national data platform (with analytics)
- Independent evaluation of pilots
Milestones: pilots evaluated · PD certifications issued · platform v1.
Phase 3 · Expansion Years 2–4
Focus: scale what's proven.
- National rollout of platforms & approved tools
- Professional certification at scale
- K–12 AI literacy in the curriculum
- Equity investments (connectivity, devices) nationwide
Milestones: national LMS live · majority of teachers certified · equity targets on track.
Phase 4 · Optimization & Innovation Year 4+
Focus: continuous improvement and leadership.
- Optimize systems from evaluation data
- Innovation fund & research partnerships
- Regional knowledge-sharing (CARICOM)
- Sustainability & ongoing governance review
