  • Select pilot schools; baseline readiness assessment
  • Launch Level-1 teacher AI literacy

Phase 2 · Pilot & Training Years 1–2

Focus: learn what works with real schools.

  • Pilot AI tools in selected schools (incl. Family Islands)
  • Scale teacher PD (Levels 1–2) & coaching
  • Stand up the national data platform (with analytics)
  • Independent evaluation of pilots

Milestones: pilots evaluated · PD certifications issued · platform v1.

Phase 3 · Expansion Years 2–4

Focus: scale what's proven.

  • National rollout of platforms & approved tools
  • Professional certification at scale
  • K–12 AI literacy in the curriculum
  • Equity investments (connectivity, devices) nationwide

Milestones: national LMS live · majority of teachers certified · equity targets on track.

Phase 4 · Optimization & Innovation Year 4+

Focus: continuous improvement and leadership.

  • Optimize systems from evaluation data
  • Innovation fund & research partnerships
  • Regional knowledge-sharing (CARICOM)
  • Sustainability & ongoing governance review
