Each initiative is framed as a ministry-ready blueprint: a clear problem, an implementation pathway, governance and equity safeguards, and a plan that aligns with the priorities of development partners and regional authorities. Much of this work is grounded in the Bahamian and Caribbean education context, with a comparative, equity-centered perspective applicable across small and developing education systems.
